How to return

1. Enter your order number and the email you used for the purchase in the form above.
2. Select the items you want to return and give a reason for each.
3. Choose shipping. Your return label is emailed to you right away.
4. Pack the items securely, preferably in the packaging they came in, and attach the label to the parcel.
5. Drop the parcel off at the parcel shop and keep the receipt until you have received your refund. It is your proof if the parcel goes missing.
6. Once we have received and processed the parcel, we refund the money to the payment method you used for the purchase.

Good to know

• The return label is not free. The price is shown when you choose shipping and is deducted from your refund.
• The shipping cost from your original order is refunded when the whole order is returned. If you keep part of the order, it is not refunded.
• Items must be unused.
• Multipacks must be returned complete with all parts.
• Processing time: We process return parcels within a few working days, up to a week in busy periods. After that it usually takes 2-4 banking days before the money is in your account.
• Want a different size or colour? Place a new order. You get it as quickly as possible, independently of the return.
• Complaints: If the item is faulty, do not create a return here. Contact customer service and we will help you, and we pay the return shipping.
