The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed due to maintenance. We try as far as possible to perform such maintenance at night.
An order placed on a public holiday is processed the following day of the week.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy items on the website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
We can only process your order if the delivery address is a private or business address in one of the countries in the "We ship to" list.
We reserve the right to terminate the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for damages or other costs:
-Your payment information is incorrect or can not be verified.

Agreements can only be entered into via the website. We do not process orders made by e-mail, letter or fax.
All our prices are in SEK and the stated prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs include taxes, VAT and customs duties.

The amount will only be deducted from your account on the day the item is sent.

Klarna's payment options
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the shipment of the goods. The terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.
Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay their purchases in installments monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Pay Directly: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
In order for us to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we need to share some of your personal information with Klarna, such as contact and order information, so that Klarna can assess whether you can be offered their payment methods and to tailor the payment methods for you.

All orders over 500 SEK will be delivered free of charge to Sweden when ordering a parcel box or drop point.
Orders under 500 SEK are added to shipping costs of 80 SEK respectively for home delivery and 50 SEK for parcel boxes or drop-off points.
All orders are sent by PostNord.
Delivery time is usually 2-3 working days.
We do ship to some selected countries - those countries are found in the Country list in the checkout proces.

At Resterods.com, of course, we follow all applicable laws and consumer rules for e-commerce, and often more.
By law, you have "only" 14 days right of withdrawal + another 14 days to return the goods if you within the first 14 days announce that you will send the return purchase.
Of course you also have these rights on Resterods.com, but on Resterods.com we have taken it a step further and offer another 365 days full return on all unused goods that are valid from the date of receipt - we call this good service!
It's easy to return your items. In your package we included a return label.
We will then handle your return, when we get your package. Your money is returned to the bank account from which your creditcard was used.
It usually takes 3-4 business days from when we receive your returned package until we have it handled.
Notice: Using the return label is not free.
We will withdraw 50 SEK from the returned amount for handling and shipping.
However, this does not apply to defective or incorrect goods. In these cases, Resterod's covers postage costs.
The goods must be packed correctly and damage due to incorrect packaging can invalidate your rights.
Return of used goods: According to the new legislation of 14 June 2014, you can cancel the purchase of goods in the future, even if you have used them. Any write-down will then be deducted from the amount we repay to you after we have assessed the condition and value of the item for us for trading purposes.
We recommend that you save the e-mail receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office / carrier.

If your product suffers from a defect or if we have delivered faulty products, please contact our customer service. If you can already identify the defect, etc. when the carrier wants to deliver, you should refuse to receive the product.
In the event of a defective or incorrect item, you can choose from the following options:
-Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all shipping costs when our customer service has processed the returned item,
-Return the item and receive a corresponding item when our customer service has processed the returned item, provided we can deliver a corresponding item, or
- Store the item and request a proportional reduction in the purchase price
When you contact customer service, you must enter the order number, any item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with returning a defective or defective item. Of course, we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs once we have received the item, unless you receive a new item that replaces the original item.
When you shop at Resterods.com, you of course have a 24 month right to demand.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the error did not occur as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the error in the article. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be on time.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get a receipt.
Unjustified complaints are subject to an investigation fee and shipping costs.

But misspellings, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods can occur, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is incorrectly stated.
We are not responsible for delays or non-compliance with our obligations under the terms if the delay or failure to do so is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
The power of attorney in the agreement
These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.
If one or more of the provisions of the terms and conditions can be declared completely or partially invalid, the other provisions will continue to apply.
We have the right to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement with you to third parties. The transfer is, of course, provided that the standard of service you provide may not be impaired. We will notify you of the transfer. By accepting these terms, you agree to such future transfer. At the same time, you accept that your rights from the time we have notified you of the transfer can only be invoked against the third party.
Team choice and location
All agreements entered into between us with these terms are governed by Swedish law. All disputes that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Sweden.
