Want to return?

It's easy to return your items.

  1. In your package we included a return label.
  2. Fill out the back of your received invoice
  3. Put items you want to return into a sealed box
  4. Put the return label on the box.
  5. Then deliver it to the nearest parcel shop.

We will then handle your return, when we get your package. It usually takes 3-4 business days from when we receive your returned package until we have it handled.

Notice: Using the return label is not free.

We will withdraw 50 SEK from the returned amount for handling and shipping.

If you want to find a freight distributor yourself, please note that we do not accept packages sent COD or for pickup anywhere other than our own address. This also means that if you send returns to a parcel box, they will not be picked up.

Delivery options

We use PostNord as our delivery service. Here are your options.

  1. Parcel shop or Drop point.
    (free above 500 SEK or else 50 SEK)
  2. Home delivery.
    (free above 500 SEK or else 80 SEK)

 

Want to exchange?

You need to return your item to Resteröds, where we will return your money. 

Then make a new order with the preferred size. 

While waiting for your money, you are of course welcome to make the new order, to get the correct size as quickly as possible.
