Shipping & Delivery
All orders are delivered with free freight by postal service to Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

In other countries we provide free delivery on orders above €100

Orders below €100 will be charged shipping costs of €10

Orders to Scandinavia (incl. Greenland and Faroe Islands) will be shipped by Post Denmark.

Delivery time is typically 1-3 working days.

Orders to other countries than Denmark will, in most cases, be shipped with DPD International.

Delivery time varies between 2-6 business days.

When shopping from a country outside the European Union you as the customer will need to be particularly aware that you are still paying Danish customs and VAT charges, and is responsible for customs clearance in your country.

All personal information is protected using. Strong SSL encryption during transmission to us.

Card information is sent directly to PBS and can not read or copied by us or anyone else.

All personal information is kept confidential and not shared with others.

Purchase information stored for 2 years to ensure proper treatment of any warranty claims.

We use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

You can always delete cookies from your computer, how dependent on your browser.

We use a log statistic which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where the site is vacated, etc.

Returns & Replacements
At resterö we follow the course with all applicable laws and consumer rules about e-commerce, and often more.

According to law, you "only" a 14-day return + additional 14 days to send the goods back if you within the first 14 days notify you will send return the purchase.

These rights are of course, at resterö but at resterö we have gone one step further and offers additional 365-day return policy on all unused items effective from the date of receipt - we call good service!

Returns and exchanges are easy: First fill in the return slip, and then sent the goods back in good packaging.

Want to get your money back, this is handled with a bank transfer or return to your credit card, and the money will be available in your account after a few days.

Refund happens as soon as we have your goods or that we have received proof that the product is sent to us.

The goods must be properly packed and damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in your rights lapse.

Return of used goods: According to the new law of 14 June 2014, you can now undo the purchase of goods, even if you take them in use. Any impairment is then deducted from the amount we will refund to you after we have conducted an assessment of the product's condition and value to us for trading purposes.

Remember that the cost of postage chargeable to the customer.

Payment & Pricing
You can pay with Visa / Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Maestro, LIC MasterCard and payment It is free to use debit cards, because we pay all fees.

The amount is deducted from your account when the product is shipped.There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved. Payment seen as resterö on your statement.

All our prices are in EURO and includes 25% VAT, customs, tax etc.

Viewing Orders

You will receive your receipt/order confirmation as the last step in the payment process. In your receipt is your track and trace number and a confirmation of the purchased items.
